Version 11 for GLPi Help Desk, Asset Management and ITSM has been released by Teclib and currently available as a stable production release.
If you are running an older version of GLPi (10.x or 9.x or older) then it is advisable to upgrade your existing GLPi instance to the latest GLPi version 11 release.
